Married 5 years, never on birth control (used natural family planning). Then stopped preventing for about 3 months.

When did you discover that building your family might be harder and more complicated than you anticipated? How did learning you had fertility issues make you feel?
I had heard so many people say that natural family planning didn’t work that I was concerned after 4+ years.
Describe the hardest part of your fertility journey. What made your journey easier?
I had a possible miscarriage a few years ago which was very emotional.

Remove the taboo! People should feel freer to discuss and get support.

Facebook groups with other people going through similar experiences (not just fertility–helpful for pregnancy, breastfeeding, sleep issues, behavior etc).
What information and products made the difference for you?
I felt that Period Diary was a very helpful app for us.
What advice do you have for others struggling with infertility?
You’re good enough, no matter what. Kids or no kids; regardless of how your journey unfolds.
